1. Data Minimization & Collection
ZenPoll (v2) is designed around zero-friction scheduling. Users are not required to provide emails, passwords, or telephone identifiers. We collect only the Event Names and descriptions you explicitly save, alongside your selected proposed days.
Participants voting on a poll are only required to input a display Name of their choice so organizers can differentiate ballots. No emails or tracking cookies are bound to participant lists.
2. Caching & Browser Storage
We cache created poll management details locally in the browser's LocalStorage. If you clear your browser cookies and site cache, you will lose tracking within your local dashboard, but the poll remains fully active in our Google Cloud Firestore database until its expiry threshold is reached.
3. Automated Data Purging
In accordance with data minimization best practices, ZenPoll automatically schedules backend cleanup sweeps. Polls (including all participant ballots) are permanently destroyed after a period of inactivity to ensure your data is not stored indefinitely.
4. Third Party Services
We use Google Cloud Services (Firebase Firestore) to securely host data in high-performance serverless containers. Third-party partners may process browser identifiers to serve standard regulatory frameworks in full compliance with standard regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and IAB TCF framework).

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ZenPoll web utility, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the utility.
2. Core Philosophy & Service Limitations
ZenPoll is dedicated exclusively to day-level scheduling coordination. We do not provide granular hourly slots, integration with external personal calendars, or appointment booking workflows. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee continuous uptime or indefinite storage of polls beyond the specified 14-day (guest) or 90-day (registered) lifecycle boundaries.
3. User Conduct
Organizers and participants are solely responsible for all content written into meeting titles, descriptions, and name fields. Harassment, spamming, and injecting malicious scripts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate ballot deletion or IP-level blocking.
4. Modification & Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for modification, suspension, or termination of scheduling utilities.
